You know that feeling of “meant to be?” This gorgeous property was actually under contract to another buyer when we first toured it in the Spring of 2023, but Larry and Skip had a feeling it was destined to become Jackass location number two. After all, this late 1800s building was once used as a malt house (kismet, am I right?).
Inside our double doors, you’ll find twenty-two thousand square feet of restored space, not even counting our brewery operations and barrel aging program in the basement. We boast a generously sized tap room on the first floor, a full restaurant on the second floor, and two full floors of event space for weddings, reunions, dance parties and so much more.
The original brick walls and hardwood floors of this former warehouse have been carefully preserved and restored, bringing warmth and character to every level of the building.
There’s a charming antique scale built into the brew room floor that still works, and an old-school freight elevator in the center of the building that is perfect for transporting heavy sacks of grains and deliciously cold kegs of craft beer.
Why yes, we’d love to help you with your upcoming event!
While our third and fourth floors are home to our private event space, you can also host private events in our tap room and restaurant. Contact our Events Manager to learn more.
Guys, we have a lot next to the brewery, a huge lot across the street, a whole garage three short blocks away, and there are multiple other lots in easy walking distance.
Not to mention all the street parking. We are sooo worth the trip.
